La Tribune: the growth decrease calms the real estate market down

"The housing market calms down" says the daily paper La Tribune which publishes a brief report about the real estate situation. Thus, the last survey on the situation of the FNAIM (National federation of real estate agents) shows a decrease of the market. The number of transactions, new and old accommodations included, increases by only 1.8% over the first six months of the year with an expectation of an increase by 1.5% for the year 2001.

"Le marché du logement retrouve la raison" titre le quotidien La Tribune qui publie un mini dossier sur la conjoncture immobilière. Ainsi, la dernière étude de conjoncture de la FNAIM (Fédération nationale des agents immobiliers) fait état d'une inflexion du marché. Le nombre des transactions, neuf et ancien compris, n'augmente plus que de 1,8% sur les six premiers mois de l'année avec une prévision d'augmentation de 1,5% sur l'année 2001.

It is the company Mecaplast funded by Charles Manni which was awarded on Thursday July 12th the Grand Prix Monaco Business Awards at the Sporting Club of Monte Carlo. The innovation prize was awarded to BG Communication (a centre for the repairing of mobiles), company created by Olivier Bouteleux and the industry prize was awarded to 3X Engineering of Stanislas Boulet d'Auria. The Monaco Business Awards, for which it is the third edition, are organized by the Monegasque Employers' Federation.
