There is something new in the crisis that is currently disrupting the second French air group. The resignation of Alexandre Couvelaire, president of the supervisory board of the three companies AOM, Air Liberté and Air Littoral is expected very soon whereas a new president in the direction should be appointed on Thursday February 15th , according to the Trade Unions and he should replace Paul Reutlinger who has resigned about ten days ago. La démission d'Alexandre Couvelaire, président du conseil de surveillance des trois sociétés AOM, Air Liberté et Air Littoral, est attendue incessamment. Tandis que, selon les syndicats, un nouveau président du directoire devrait être nommé jeudi 15 février pour remplacer Paul Reutlinger qui a démissionné il y a une dizaine de jours. Une décision de justice mi-figue, mi-raisin pour Napster. Le site d'échange de musique peut continuer. La cour d'appel de San Francisco, lundi soir, n'a pas ordonné la fermeture du site. Mais en revanche, il n'aura plus la possibilité de distribuer gratuitement des fichiers musicaux (le précédent jugement lui laissait une plus grande latitude). Cela jusqu'à la conclusion du procès qui l'oppose à l'association américaine de l'industrie phonographique, la puissante RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America).
