Sophia: a new business center has been planned

Regus, one of the world specialists in business centers is going to settle in Sophia Antipolis. The British channel, already settled in Arenas neighborhood in Nice, positioned over more than the half of the spaces of a 9,000m² program, built by the promoter SFBM Antibes Développement, bought by Bail Investissement. The opening of the new business center of 4,600m², which should have 200 premises and 300 work places, has been panned to happen in 2001 (Sept.). It will represent an oxygen bowl, while the CICA breeding-ground is over as well as the ex-Vantas business center at Espaces de Sophia.
