Libertysurf continues its dive down the Stock Exchange
Libertysurf, the free internet access supplier is looking for a rescuer, because it keeps on sinking down the Stock Exchange. On Oct. 16, the stock lost 12% again and fall down to 11.90 euros. The group which owns the Sophipolitan start-up Respublica.fr and other internet companies (chez.com, Nomade, francemail.com, ecila.fr…) has lost more than the half of its value in the Stock Exchange from last Sept. 26. Since the beginning of the year, the collapse has reached 70% (41 euros on March 16, 2000). However, just after its introduction, the securities had risen up to 79 euros!
