MILIA in Cannes is looking for new talents
We are close to the deadline for call for Projects for the 7th New Talent Competition, which will take place during the World's Interactive Content Market Place between 10th-14th 2001.
The deadline for call for Projects is approaching ( December, 1st 2000) for the 7th New Talent Competition, organized by /www.milia.com">MILIA, World's Interactive Content Market Place, which will take place between 10th-14th February 2001 at the exhibition centre in Cannes. It is the most important world's competition of interactive projects, opened to all interactive media and games university programs and research laboratories. Since it was created, the New Talent Competition organized by MILIA has been the occasion for many interactive entertainment and new media professionals to discover the students' ability in hypertext and for some participants to recruit some of these new talents.A jury composed of international experts will meet on December 19th and 20th 2000 in Paris in order to select the best 15 interactive projects in : entertainment, websites, experimental projects, etc. Each training institution selected according to their projects will benefit from a fully equipped stand, among the 'New Talent Club', giving the opportunity for students to promote their projects and works to professionals attending the exhibition. Organizers will offer transport, accommodation and entrance to the exhibition for the selected project representative. In addition, entrance will be offered to the course leader and 5 other students of the training course.The deadline for call for Project has been set on Friday, December 1st 2000.
