Sophia : Compaq gives 50 IPAQ Pocket PCs to the MBDS

A nice birthday present for the ten years existence of the MBDS in Sophia Antipolis : Compaq has decided to give 50 IPAQ Pocket PCs to students registered in the Database Master. Eric Augis, Compaq's representative has announced it on the special day of the Database Forum on December 6th. It is a nice present since the new Compaq personal assistant is becoming a reference in the same way as the Palm Pilot 3Com.It is also a gift of a great value : about 250 000 francs. The students are now in charge of using the IPAQ and develop new applications for the most powerful Pocket PC.
