French movies at the head of the box-office

It is a long time since the French cinema wasn't in such a festive atmosphere: since the beginning of the year, it is at the head of the box office. The French movies are even ahead American movies with a market share of 50% compared to 41% for Hollywood during the first quarter. Last year, their share was only 30%. The "Variety" magazine, the bible for professionals in the cinema, has made a file a few days before the opening of the Cannes Festival. It speaks of a rebirth straight.
