Start-ups in the textile sector : not only Etexx has failed

The announcement of Etexx’s liquidation last June 7th, one of the flagship of the new economy on the French Riviera, was a bolt from the blue. It had also important effects in the textile sector where it is a slaughter. Thus, the Newspaper of the Textile mentions among others that the Swedish platform, Textiles Solutions, is looking for a potential buyer and that the website Luxlook.com ceased its activities in May. This comes after former big setbacks, including the famous one of Boo.com.
