Victorine: the rescuer is Studios de France

Studios de France has been chosen to take the Victorine up. The municipal council of Nice has confirmed, the choice of the rescuer on Friday June 25th. They will have a of 18 year concession. The city has confirmed that they really wanted to launch the famous studios of the Victorine again. As owner of the land, (7 hectares in downtown), as well as the building, the city will bring 12 million francs for the renovation, as the four stages are particularly damaged. The manager will invest 10.8 million francs and will pay for losses at the beginning (2.7 million). After years without any move, the situation is changing. A new page is turning for the Victorine which will be able to bring to the French Riviera this image and multimedia pole that was expected.
