Tribunal of Nice: The Minister of justice referred the case to the IGSJ.

Marylise Lebranchu, Minister of justice referred the case to the general authority for judicial services ( IGSJ) concerning the running of the tribunal of Nice. The IGSJ was given the responsibility to make the list of functioning problems met within this jurisdiction and to make every useful propositions if needed, as it was noted in a press release published on Tuesday, July, the third.
