Theseus Forum: searching for the innovative organisation

The Action Learning Forum of Theseus is always an important event within the life of this Institute of Sophia, specialised in management through new technologies of communication and information. The sixth edition of this forum, planned from October 31st to November 2nd, in the premises of Theseus at Sophia Antipolis, will gather top managers from all over the world to discuss on a new company organisation, updated to the information era. Discussions will mainly focus on the best ways to develop and support a managing culture. Large companies which were able to generate dynamism as within small companies will be showed as examples. Thus, the experiences of companies such as Shell, UK post office, the BBC, KPN, etc will be presented.With the main theme, “Action Learning Forum to Focus on Creating the Innovative Organization”, the role of a high management culture should be particularly emphasized. This allows nowadays to small companies or large companies’ units to keep on evolving and innovate in difficult economic conditions.
