The new association PMI France-Sud will organize its next meeting about the 'project management software' issue, on Nov. 17 from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm in ESINSA premises, Sophia Antipolis. Until the 80s, project management tools were developed to implement planning techniques: PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique), ADM (Arrow Diagramming Method), PDM (Precedence Diagramming Method).Today, market offer has become denser and denser. Editors propose software more powerful which mix together planning techniques and resources management, price calculation and risk management methods and a larger capacity of simulation.Know how to chose the good software and use the maximum of the functions offered to improve the quality of project management becomes an important problematic the project manager has to manage. This is why the association has decided to dedicate a morning to the problematic.
