Sophia : presentation of the IST program

A presentation of the IST program by Christine Montagut, the national contact point, and a presentation of the IST 2002 prize by its organizer, Alain Mogon, will take place on Monday February 26th, 4.30 pm, on SAEM premises, place Bermont in Sophia Antipolis. This meeting is principally dedicated to the small technological companies of the NICT industry and more widely to those who whish to develop their R&B or to promote their results at the European level.The IST program (Information Society Technologies : www.cordis.lu/ist) is the main financing target by the European Commission of the R&D in the information technologies. The call launched January 27th 2001 is one of the last opportunities to present projects for the 2000-2002 period. The European Information Society Technologies Prize (IST European Prize : http://www.it-prize.org) is considered as a major distinction in Europe for innovating prizes in that industry.
