Patrimony Days of September 15th and 16th cancelled

The 18th edition of Patrimony Days which were scheduled September 15th and 16th have been cancelled, because of terror attacks on the United-States and the setting up of the VigiPirate plan in France. On the website of the Culture Department, the press release published on Wednesday September 12th has been put online."The terrible attacks committed in the United-States, on Tuesday September 11th, result in a strong mobilisation of security forces on the French territory. The Government has made the decision to implement the reinforced VigiPirate plan in order to assure the French people as much as security as possible. In these conditions, Catherine Tasca, the Secretary of Culture and Communication, and Michel Duffour, a State Secretary to Patrimony and Cultural Decentralization, regret to have to cancel the Patrimony Days which were scheduled for next September 15th and 16th."
