Pascal Boscher: from Lucent to Soditech

The Soditech group strengthens its management team. The company has nominated Pascal Brosher, a former executive at Lucent, at the post of Administrative and financial Manager and General Manager. A way to show its European ambitions.

Listed on the stock exchange in November 2000, the Soditech group, a company of industrial engineering set up in Sophia Antipolis, adapts its managing structure to its new European ambitions. Soditech has thus announced the nomination of Pascal Boscher, 39, at the post of Administrative and Financial Manager and General Manager of the group. Pascal Boscher does not come from very far, geographically speaking: he was Administrative and Financial Manager and Manager of the Lucent Technologies site in Sophia Antipolis.From a DECS education, Pascal Boscher had worked in the past as manager at KPMG where he was in charge of expert files on the local and international market. Consular delegate at the CCI Côte d’Azur, he was also a temporary replacement professor of management control and financial analysis at the CERAM Sophia Antipolis (business school). In the group founded by Maurice Caillé, the CEO, Pascal Boscher is responsible for social and consolidated financial results. He is also in charge of the financial communication.”His first missions within the group are to improve internal management control with the creation of an ERP, as well as the financial control of external growth operations. He will directly be responsible for human resources in the group (except recruitments)”, it is specified on the site of the company. As far as management is concerned, Soditech has thus the means to reach its ambitions: to become a European high tech engineering group.
