Nice: open doors morning at the IFA
The Automobile Training Institute is already preparing the next reopening. Saturday morning, April 7th is dedicated to present the current trainings and development projects.
The Training Institute for Automobile or IFA is already preparing the next reopening 2001-2002, organizing an 'Open doors' morning on Saturday April 7th, from 8.30 AM to 12.00 PM in its premises at 45, route de Grenoble in Nice. First training centre for apprentices dedicated to the automobile and its jobs in the Alpes Maritimes, the IFA, run by the Chamber of Commerce in Nice Côte d'Azur, develops a teaching in accordance with the needs of the profession in the automobile, motorbike, coachwork and business sectors. Thus the institute also offers, in apprenticeship or qualification contract, exhaustive training paths from the CAP to the BTS, pre-apprenticeship trainings, in CAP, BEP, in complementary option, in professional baccalaureate and in BTS.The IFA, to fit the changes of the automobile market, also opened several new trainings. It concerns a BTS in automobile maintenance and customer service; a professional baccalaureate in coachwork; a CQP (Certificate of Professional Qualification) seller of spare parts and accessories and a CQP automobile representative counsellor.Moreover, to fit the constant grow of students (+ 60% in 5 years) and the variety of trainings set up, a project of extension will start in 2001 on 1600 square metres. This extension will make it possible to increase reception and workshops areas.
