Municipal election in Nice : the PS chooses Patrick Mottard

After the withdraw of Patrick Allemand, the first vice-president of the Regional Council and departmental adviser, the socialist people in Nice have chosen Patrick Mottard, a departmental adviser, as their head of list. So, he will be at the head of the socialist list in Nice, for the municipal election of 2001.
