The group of business angels in telecoms

The first French network of business angels specialized in telecommunications and the Internet has just been set up. The association, named "Le Cercle des Business Angels d'Innovacom" (The group of Business Angels of Innovacom) was created by France Telecom, via its subsidiary of venture capital, Innovacom. The group gathers twenty five French entrepreneurs all having succeeded to create companies of an international size in the sectors of telecommunication and the Internet. These entrepreneurs are now ready to invest in young innovative companies and to advise their founders. The presidency will be ensured by Thao Lane, founder of the company OST and former researcher of France Telecom.
