Conference : trademark at the service of the company

“The trademark, a legal tool for your company”: this the subject of an information conference organized on Thursday June 14th from 9.00 to 1.00 am, by the French national institute of industrial property (INPI) in the Maison des Entreprises’ premises in Sophia Antipolis. Today the brand is an indispensable tool for any company strategy as far as business and law are concerned.The first theme selected will the choice of the brand: how can you link an acceptable judicial choice with business viability; anteriority research in France and all over the world; how can you be sure of the favourable moment to register a trademark ? The second theme will the brand strategy: brand durability and renewal; brand extension on the international scale, possible agreements, brand monitoring.
