The Book Festival of Mouans-Sartoux open to cinema

The 14th Book Festival of Mouans-Sartoux will take place on October 5th, 6th and 7th 2001, from 10.00am to 7.00pm, at the cultural center of the Cèdres. Over more than 5.000 m2 of exhibition, more than 300 authors, 120 exhibitors and 30.000 visitors are expected over the three days. On the theme, “I and the others”, this show will try to define the place of the individual in the society. Exhibitors, publishers and of course authors will conduct conferences, debates, roundtables and letter coffees. The opening of the new media complex “La Strada” (3 cinema theatres) allows the festival to give a place to cinema with a projection cycle. The Bernard Giraudeau night, on Friday 9.00pm, organised around his film, “L’autre” (the other), will thus be one of the best moments of the event.
