Andersen Consulting is going to become Accenture

A new name for Andersen Consulting: Accenture, a name to remind in the French Riviera high tech pole. The name will be official from January 1st, 2001. The Andersen Technology Park gathers together more than 430 specialists coming from 30 different countries, and they work in synergy in several information technology sectors, from research and development to specific projects for clients. The change of name had been obligatory after the divorce from Arthur Andersen. Accenture a name which does reference to the former and the new economy.
